All fees, as applicable, must accompany the application and/or supporting documentation as is applicable for the specific examination.

If a candiate for examination or re-examination postpones a scheduled examination, an additional fee of 25% will be charged. The candidate must reschedule the examination withing two (2) years of the original application or complete a new application at such time as she/he wishes to take the examination.
