• $1,500 WRITTEN EXAM (same for re-exam)

• $1,500 WRITTEN EXAM IN OTOLARYNGIC ALLERGY (same for re-exam)

• $2,000 RECERTIFICATION EXAM (same for re-exam)
  Deadline March 31st for Spring exam
  Deadline August 1st for Fall exam

Late and Cancellation Fees

1. Late Fee: Any applications postmarked after the established deadline for application and registration for primary and recertification examinations will be assessed a $250.00 late registration fee. No applications will be accepted
within the 30 days prior to the established examination date. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Executive Committee, upon written request.

2. Cancellation Fee: There is a nonrefundable fee of $250.00 for cancellations of primary and recertification examinations within the 30 days prior to the established examination date. Exceptions may be made at the discretion
of the Executive Committee, upon written request.

The AOBOO-HNS does not accept credit card payment for examination/certification fees.

ALL FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE, and no part of the examination fee shall be returned nor applied toward a future examination without the candidate's written request and Board approval.
